What To Expect
Factory Tours offer a behind‑the‑scenes look at how Airstreams are built on a guided visits take you through active production floors.
The Airstream Heritage Center is open most weekdays from 9am-4pm.
Airstream Supply Company is the official outfitter of Airstream, offering thoughtfully designed gear you can shop in person at our headquarters or online from anywhere.

Tour Considerations
Closed-toe shoes are required for all guests. Sandals are not permitted.
Pets are not permitted on the tour.
Be ready to stretch your legs. Each tour is about one hour of walking and standing.
Travel Trailer tours include an optional staircase to a mezzanine with a great view of the floor.
Our facilities are wheelchair accessible, with a limited number of chairs available.

Getting to Airstream HQ
Airstream Headquarters is located at 1001 W. Pike Street, Jackson Center, Ohio. It's about an hour north of Dayton, Ohio, and about an hour northwest of Columbus, Ohio.
Airstream Heritage Center
No trip to Airstream HQ is complete without a visit to the Airstream Heritage Center. This 16,000 sq. ft. museum features more than a dozen vintage Airstream models on display, in-depth exhibits, priceless artifacts from Airstream Caravans, and an immersive walk through almost a century of iconic history.

Where to Stay
If you plan to stay in a hotel, we recommend Sidney, Ohio if you’re coming from south of Airstream or Wapakoneta if you’re coming from north of Airstream. Each city has a variety of hotels and restaurants located right off the interstate for easy access. Airstream owners can camp in the Terraport campground behind the Airstream Service Center.

Stay at the Terraport
Airstream owners visiting Jackson Center can stay at the Terraport campground just east of the Airstream Service Center. This full-hookups campsite is first-come, first served, with priority given to owners visiting for service.
