We found a 1967 International Airstream located in Southern Washington, and decided to buy it and add it to our camping lot next to our 2012 International . When we arrived to look at her, she was in a barn with two goats whom I fell in love with, and chickens! A true barn find. With much luck a woman helped us pull her out with a small tractor since she got stuck in the mud. A long scary drive home was ahead of us. We took some precautions with the wheels and made through Seattle and up I-5 North past Everett.
Roger (my mate for life) ripped everything out, Fixed all the leaks, and has turned her into a beautiful space. Queen bed, convertible sofa, 1030's radio, TV bar lounge! She is still a work in progress. So, We spent this year at our camp spot in Stanwood WA working on our new addition to our Airstream Family.
